We provided the audio and lighting needs for the event, as well as video projections and staging. Since today’s #hybrid events have more moving parts from afar, greater rehearsal time is needed. The rehearsal-to-performance time ratio has shifted from 1:1 to 2:1. Since each remote presenter is using their own laptop, they are responsible for doing their own sound checks, camera angles, and lighting quality. Remember, practice makes perfect.
